YOGA FOR KIDS

Yoga is fun. Yoga gives you exercise. Yoga keeps you strongfit and healthy. Yoga helps you concentrate at school and sleep well. You can calm down.

You can do these yoga poses at home:

 
THE BOAT: -Sit down                            
                    -Bend your knees. 
                     -Lift up your legs.
                     -Stretch your arms

  THE TREE: -Stand up
                      - Bend one leg
                      -Put your hands together on your chest
                      -Stretch your arms


THE LION: -Sit down on your knees                      
                    -Put your hands on the floor 
                    -Show your teeth and your tongue.









   THE COBRA: -Lie on your belly
                            -Put your head on your hands
                            -Put your hands on the floor
                            -Push the floor
